A perfect escape from the busyness of life, to relax in the serenity of the mountains
This place was wonderful! The owners were very nice and we had a gorgeous cabin. Nice and quiet with lots of privacy. We even went across the street and rented a rowboat! My son caught his first rainbow trout in the lake! I would recommend this place to everyone!
My husband and I spent our anniversary in the Willow Creek Cabin for a week. The cabin was absolutely charming....The The Pine Lodge itself is in a great location. It is within walking distance to Lake Isabel and not far from Bishops Castle. We had such a lovely time. We will definitely be back soon!
I can't say enough good things about the owners who run the Pine Lodge; they were the most helpful and courteous owners you'll ever meet. It's just a short walk across the street to Lake Isabel, and the mountains are all around. Even saw a wild fox trotting nearby at dusk!

A UNIQUE WILDERNESS EXPERIENCE
Pristine Mountain Lake
We are proud of our location right next to Lake Isabel. This pristine mountain lake is perfect for canoeing, kayaking, and fishing.
After 23 years of operating The Pine Lodge, we decided it is time to move on to pursue new adventures in our lives. That opportunity presented itself recently and we sold The Pine Lodge to Doug and Jennifer Pollock. Doug and Jennifer bought Aspen Acres Campground several years ago and had a very successful transition from the previous owner. We strongly feel they will do the same here. We are truly grateful for the many years you all have been vacationing here with us and hope you will continue to enjoy San Isabel as you have in the past. We are closed for the Winter now but you can continue to book reservations for next Spring. The plan is to reopen April 1, 2021 Thank You Again and Have a Happy Winter John, Sharon and Chloe
