Eating Establishments- A mountain restaurant is just across the street from The Pine Lodge. Numerous cafes and restaurants are located in Colorado City (14 miles away).
Shopping and more- The Valley Market is located in Colorado City (14 miles away). Pueblo is 45 minutes away. It offers major stores, markets, restaurants, Pueblo Mall, Historic Arkansas River Walk, rafting, indoor ice skating arena, movie theater, concert halls, Colorado State Fairground and many other attractions too numerous to list.
Special occasions- Weddings at Bishop’s Castle, in the forest or by Lake Isabel. Many people come to celebrate birthdays, anniversaries, retirement and other special occasions.
Surroundings- Most of the surrounding area is National Forest Land. So nature, public land and wildlife are abundant. The Pine Lodge is located within walking distance of Lake Isabel, campground/recreation area.
